Key Account Executive

Karachi, Pakistan

Job Purpose:

To manage and support high-value clients by ensuring seamless coordination between internal departments and key account stakeholders. The role focuses on service excellence, timely resolution of operational issues, client relationship management, and reporting—aimed at sustaining long-term partnerships with strategic customers.

Knowledge & Skills Requirement (necessary to perform this job):

1. Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

2. Relationship-building and account coordination skills

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

4. Familiarity with CRM platforms and ticketing systems

5. Attention to detail, time management, and task prioritization

6. Understanding of service-level agreements (SLAs) and escalation handling

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field

2. 2-4 years of experience in client service, operations support, or account handling

3. Experience in customer operations preferred

4. Exposure to client handling and order lifecycle coordination is a plus

5. Fresh graduates with internship experience in relevant domains may also apply

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts

2. Coordinate service delivery, issue resolution, and order execution across departments

3. Monitor account activity, pending issues, and ensure SLA compliance

4. Maintain documentation of communication, feedback, and escalations

5. Support onboarding and training for new clients or products
