Job Summary

Shree Pesticides is a trusted name in the agrochemical industry, committed to delivering quality crop protection products to farmers. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales and distribution activities.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies for pesticides and agrochemical products.

Manage and expand the dealer/distributor network.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Conduct field visits, farmer meetings, and promotional activities.

Provide technical and sales guidance to the team and customers.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Salary Range:

₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience

Minimum 5 years or above in agrochemical/agriculture sales & marketingProven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B or technology sectors.

Demonstrated success in management roles with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Strong technical sales experience with the ability to understand complex products and solutions.

Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for managing customer relationships and sales processes.

Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.

Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and making data-driven decisions.
