Key Account Manager

Mystic Advertising is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team! If you have a strong strategic mindset, excellent ideation skills, and a proven track record of managing key accounts in an agency setting, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow key client accounts.
  • Lead ideation and conceptualization of innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, media, and production) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth.
  • Ensure all client deliverables are met with high-quality standards and within deadlines.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management within an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ideation skills to drive innovative campaigns.
  • Proven ability to develop and nurture client relationships at a senior level.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in digital and traditional marketing strategies is a plus.
