Key Account Manager

India

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager - E-commerce & Quick Commerce to manage and grow our online business across major marketplaces and D2C platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with e-commerce partners, driving sales performance, optimizing product listings, and executing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce partners (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.).
  • Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, promotions, and category expansion.
  • Operations & Inventory: Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock availability and fulfillment efficiency.
  • Product Optimization: Enhance product listings with compelling content, SEO-friendly keywords, and A+ content to boost visibility and conversion rates.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor sales trends, competitor activity, and key performance metrics to optimize performance.
  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with marketing teams to run promotional campaigns, discounts, and advertising strategies.
  • P&L Management: Track financial performance, margins, and profitability of key accounts.
  • Compliance & Policy Adherence: Stay updated with platform guidelines and ensure adherence to all policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce account management, preferably in consumer electronics, fashion, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace dashboards.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with marketplace advertising (AMS, Flipkart Ads, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹334,624.57 - ₹850,000.38 per year
