Key Account Manager

We are looking for a “Key Account Manager” to our business partner, which is the leading company, in the automation sector, specializing in the design and production of motion control solutions.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Automation or Mechanical Engineering,
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a sales department (must have direct sales experience, not only back-office),
  • Solid knowledge of sales techniques,
  • Ability to understand and identify customer needs,
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative,
  • Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel when required,
  • Good command of English (both spoken and written).


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Able to work independently and in an organized manner for tasks such as appointment setting, follow-ups, etc.,
  • Conduct regular customer visits to identify new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships,
  • Keep CRM systems updated with accurate records of customer interactions, visit notes, and order information,
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity,and provideactionable insights to the relevant business units.
