We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented
Key Account Manager
to strengthen our presence in the Power Tools & Hand Tools industry in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in working with contractors, construction companies, and other large clients, with strong knowledge of the local market and ability to build long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Account Management:
Develop and maintain relationships with major contractors, construction companies, and other key clients.

Business Development:
Identify new opportunities with large customers and expand cooperation with existing accounts.

Sales Growth:
Achieve sales targets by offering tailored solutions and promoting our product portfolio.

Consulting & Support:
Provide clients with product knowledge, technical support, and after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Market Insights:
Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming construction projects to identify growth opportunities.

Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution and excellent service for key accounts.

Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, account development, and market activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or key account management within the construction, building materials, or tools industry.

Market Knowledge:
Solid understanding of the KSA construction sector and client decision-making processes.

Sales & Negotiation:
Strong track record in managing large accounts and achieving sales targets.

Communication:
Excellent business communication and presentation skills; fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Technical Understanding:
Ability to explain product benefits and provide technical consultation.

Driving License:
Valid KSA driving license and access to a personal car.

Software Skills:
Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
