Visual Display Key Account Manager
Key activities

Meeting the dedicated sales targets by selling Visual Display product portfolio in different channels as responsible for the business management and development of the related Key Accounts.

Keeping daily contact with the representatives of partners and managing these sales channels.

Continuously monitoring sales progress and taking proper actions to achieve sales targets.

Taking care of demand forecasting and managing on-time product deliveries.

Provide all the necessary business reporting and insights to internal and external stakeholders to ensure the business development will be constantly monitored.

Manage the mid and long-term relationship with accounts and set the cooperation strategy that is aimed at benefiting both parties.

Analyze the channel competitors and market trends and report on it regularly.

Develop new accounts and business opportunities.

Build account-based improvement plans

Track all Sell in/out process in daily & weekly basis, monitoring week of stock status
-
Responsible to formulate and implement a sales plan by leading all activities with new and existing business for Samsung with the aim of achieving the monthly & yearly revenue targets, get highest inhouse share at the lowest possible cost.

Evaluate, initiate, implement and control all sales activities aiming at improving the revenue and being pro-active in contributing ideas on trends and developments towards achieving long and short-term targets

Achieve agreed annual sales plan, agreed for annual agreement by developing inhouse share and manage customer relationship with key & major accounts

Responsible for the agreement process with the customers

Tracking key account channel merchandising and supervisor team for all accounts
Skills and Qualifications
-
Educated to Bachelor's Degree level or equivalent
-
Min 8 years’ experience in relevant field.

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office packages; in particular Excel

Strong numeracy skills

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong understanding of display and smart signage solutions and market knowledge

Proven exceptional skills in customer management, and resolution of complex issue

Excellent presentation, communication and networking skills
-
Good negotiating skills and customer orientation
-
Strong work ethic and positive, pro-active attitude and work style is a must
-
Experience/knowledge of display systems such as video walls; outdoor displays; LED etc.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.
