Summary:


We are looking for Key Account Manager, responsible for contacting potential clients, driving the distributor, Retailers and Channel partners. Manage sales team and have excellent market knowledge.


Job Responsibilities


  • Identifying and contacting potential clients to determine their needs and assess their interest in the company’s products or services
  • Driving the distributor, Retailers and Channel partners to grow the Sales for Home Appliances category.
  • Liaising with various departments for Sales , marketing , Logistics, Finance etc.
  • To manage key account’s sell-out and stock in a predetermined level and take necessary actions.
  • Developing strategies to increase market share by identifying new opportunities in existing markets or developing new markets
  • Developing and implementing a strategic plan to achieve specific goals such as increasing revenues or improving customer satisfaction
  • Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, partners, and other external parties to ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and future forecasts and make recommendations for improvement
  • Analyze the effectiveness of product displays and suggest improvements based on customer engagement and sales data.
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies to boost the key account’s in-house share.
  • Communicating regularly with senior management about the status of projects and issues that could impact performance

Preferred Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, MBA will be advantageous


Job Requirements:


  • 5 Plus years of key account management within Home Appliances/ Consumer electronics industry.
  • Excellent market knowledge
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience developing and managing a sales team
  • Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
