What This Role Is About

We are looking for a Key Account Manager, based in Muscat, to manage strategic customer relationships and drive commercial performance for a leading food & beverage organization.


You will be responsible for developing account plans, negotiating trade terms, maximizing in-store execution, and achieving sales and profitability targets across assigned key accounts.


This role is ideal for a commercially focused professional with strong FMCG experience, strong customer management skills, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.


You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations, accurate forecasting, and strong customer satisfaction.


Your ability to build trusted relationships, understand customer needs, and drive in-market excellence will be central to achieving growth objectives.


The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit

  • 3–5 years of experience in key account management or sales within the food & beverage sector.
  • Proven ability to manage major retail customers and deliver sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and commercial planning skills.
  • Experience in trade activation, promotion management, and in-store execution.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and forecasting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
