Key Account Manager - Hospitality & Payments Tech (Dubai)


We’re partnering with a fast-growing, well-funded fintech / hospitality technology company that is transforming how restaurants and hospitality venues manage payments and customer experiences.


Following strong regional growth, they are hiring Key Account Managers to own and grow relationships with some of their most important hospitality partners across the UAE.


🚀 The role

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of high-value restaurant and hospitality accounts. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll drive product adoption, retention, and revenue growth while working closely with internal sales, product, and operations teams.


This is a commercial, client-facing role with real ownership and visibility in a high-growth environment.


🔑 What you’ll be doing

  • Own and develop relationships with key hospitality / restaurant partners
  • Drive account growth, renewals, and expansion within your portfolio
  • Support partners with product adoption and feature rollouts
  • Act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless partner experience


What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager / Key Account Manager
  • Hospitality, restaurant, food-tech, or merchant-facing background is essential
  • Experience managing long-term client relationships and driving growth
  • Strong commercial and consultative communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
  • Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
