Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to drive our business growth across KSA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business growth, strong negotiation and analytical skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and distributors within home appliances industry.



Responsibilities


· Developing strategies to increase market share by identifying new opportunities in KSA market.

· Working closely with distributor to improve business, negotiations of sales, price, promotions, profitability to achieve the targeted monthly and yearly budget.

· Driving the distributor, Retailers and Channel partners to grow the Sales for Home Appliances category

· Developing and implementing a strategic plan to achieve specific goals such as increasing revenues or improving customer satisfaction

· Improve inhouse share by manage key account’s sell-out, sell through and stock in a predetermined level and take necessary actions to improve.

· Liaising with various departments like product, marketing, Logistics, Finance etc.

· Ensuring that company products are represented accurately in the retailers floor, advertising and marketing materials

· Communicating regularly with senior management about the status of projects and issues that could impact performance

· Providing leadership, training, and motivation to the team to help them meet their goals

Job Requirements:


• 8 Plus years of extensive Key Account/Category/Product management experience within Home Appliances/ Consumer electronics industry in KSA (preferably from well-known Brands)

• Excellent knowledge of Home Appliances products, market, retailers within KSA.

• Experience in managing distributor/key accounts will be preferred.

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets/market share.

• Experience developing channels and managing a sales team

• Strong relationship with home appliances channels within KSA.

• Strong understanding of the sales processes ideally from import supply chain perspective.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and with a team
