About the Role
The
Key Account Manager – Trade Advance/Inventory Funding
will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with dealer partners under the INF (Inventory Funding) program. This role involves client relationship management, portfolio monitoring, business development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. The incumbent will work closely with internal stakeholders and leadership to drive growth and deliver seamless service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with existing dealer partners under the INF program.

Maintain regular communication with clients to review portfolios, address concerns, and identify new business opportunities.

Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with internal policies and external regulations.

Conduct due diligence and uphold high ethical standards in all client engagements.
Secondary Responsibilities

Monitor industry trends and analyze competitor offerings to provide insights for product and service improvements.

Coordinate with internal departments such as credit, compliance, and operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

Support training and development initiatives for the sales team focused on INF products.
Managerial and Leadership Responsibilities

Collaborate with State, Regional, Zonal, and National Heads to schedule meetings with dealers and convert them into INF clients.

Act as a key liaison between leadership and field teams to drive strategic initiatives and client conversions.
What We Are Looking For
Education

Graduation: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant stream

Post-graduation: Any discipline (preferred)
Experience
-
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in client relationship management, trade finance, or inventory funding.
Skills and Attributes
