Job Summary

Manages strategic relationships with system integrator partners to drive growth in connected and digital lighting systems. Develops and executes account strategies to expand solution adoption and ensure successful project delivery. Coordinates cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Systems & Services, and technical teams to deliver customer satisfaction, profitability, and innovation excellence.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Identifies, develops, and manages strategic partnerships with system integrators to expand business opportunities and strengthen Signify’s market position in connected and smart lighting.
  • Delivers sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives within the assigned accounts or territory. Develops account-specific sales and strategic plans aligned with business goals. Establishes and nurtures professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts to position Signify as a trusted partner and negotiates contracts to maximize profitability.
  • Maintains an in-depth understanding of partner business models, technical capabilities, and customer segments to align joint growth strategies. Drives technical collaboration with partners to ensure system compatibility, performance, and integration with Signify’s digital platforms (e.g., Interact).
  • Promotes Signify’s connected systems, software, and services portfolio, ensuring design-in and specification in system integrator-led projects.
  • Leads contract negotiations and partnership agreements to maximize profitability, compliance, and mutual success.
  • Coordinates with technical and support teams, particularly Systems & Services, to align project objectives and resources efficiently.
  • Ensures partner enablement by providing training on new systems, digital tools, and innovations to enhance technical proficiency and solution delivery.
  • Gathers and shares market and customer insights with internal teams to improve offerings and strengthen Signify’s ecosystem positioning.
  • Drives continuous improvement by gathering client feedback and implementing solutions, monitors customer satisfaction, resolves issues promptly, and builds long-term trust.
  • Maintains up-to-date records in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy in forecasts, pipeline data, and performance metrics. Provides accurate information to ensure proper forecasting and product availability. Reports sales performance and account progress regularly.
  • Takes ownership of continuous learning and professional development, staying current on emerging lighting technologies, digital systems, and integration standards. Actively participates in internal and external training to enhance technical, commercial, and partnership management capabilities

Critical Experiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or a related field is required to provide foundational knowledge for managing key accounts and understanding business solutions.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales or account management within the technology sector, specifically working with system integrators or channel partners to develop business opportunities and negotiate contracts.
  • No specific licenses are mandatory; however, certifications in sales, Certified Integrated Systems Technician (IST), Interact System Integration Certification, etc. could be advantageous.
