
Your Role:

Manage key distributor accounts and act as the primary commercial contract.

Drive sales performance and achieve targets across full product portfolio

Drive project sales across all sectors through strong collaboration with distributors and cross-functional teams

Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and distributors to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion
-
Monitor the sales pipeline, forecasts, and project status to ensure precise and prompt reporting
-
Manage project sales details: product specifications, pricing, and commercial approvals
-
Actively maintain market presence and foster key relationships through distributor engagement and project site visits
-
Maintain strong brand presence and ensure product availability in both retail and project markets
-
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Your Profile:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ Proven experience in sales or key account management, preferably in building materials, sanitary ware, or related industries.

Strong understanding of distributor-based sales models.
-
Fluent English is a must (spoken and written).
-
Computer-oriented with strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word).

SAP user experience is an advantage.

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
-
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
-
Results-driven with strong commercial awareness.
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
-
Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
