Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive the business for assigned e-commerce accounts (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.).

Develop and maintain strong relationships with category managers and platform stakeholders.

Achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets for assigned accounts.

Manage annual and monthly JBP (Joint Business Plans) with platforms
-
Optimize spends across AMS/Flipkart Ads/Nykaa Ads to drive ROI.

Ensure the right product assortment, visibility, and availability across platforms
-
Drive new launches, hero SKUs, and exclusive packs to maximize growth
-
Monitor product reviews, ratings, and consumer feedback to improve brand perception

Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns (Big Billion Days, Prime Day, Pink Friday, etc.)

Align with marketing on visibility, traffic-driving initiatives, and influencer tie-ups.

Monitor fill rates, stock levels, returns, and operational KPIs.

Work with supply chain and demand planning teams to ensure inventory health and forecast accuracy.

Track daily/weekly sales, traffic, and conversion metrics.

Analyze performance vs. targets; generate insights to optimize growth levers.
Key Skills & Competencies

Strong business acumen with experience in account management and sales planning

Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital levers (AMS, CPC campaigns, platform algorithms).

Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel

High ownership, bias for action, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced D2C environment
Qualification
-
MBA / Postgraduate preferred (Tier 1/Tier 2 B-school desirable).

3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management / E-commerce sales
-
Prior experience in consumer goods, personal care, or D2C brands will be a strong advantage
