About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or intermediate-career professionals who are passionate about client relationship management and eager to build a long-term career in key account handling and strategic sales. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving business growth by nurturing key client relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with key clients to ensure retention and long-term satisfaction.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Proactively pursue new business opportunities through client referrals, field visits, and lead generation.
• Present and promote company products/services to key decision-makers in a professional and consultative manner.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Maintain detailed records of account activities, communications, and feedback.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered effectively.

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about building long-term business relationships and delivering value to clients.
• Valid UAE driving license and ownership of a personal vehicle (mandatory).
• Strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
