What You'll Do

Build, manage and develop long-term key account relationships in order to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s presence.

  • Lead and negotiate JBP's with key accounts
  • Develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve for each account
  • Analyze and optimize investments to reach better ROI
  • Implement Go to Market strategy with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales,…)
  • Identify new trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
  • Prepare and present products proposals to future and current accounts
  • Analyze and interpret partner’s sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities
  • Coordinate promo plans between retailers to reach targets

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Independent management of your brand-customer mix in portfolio, with full responsibility for the P&L
  • Supporting marketing team in budget creation and marketing plans, as well as in delivering the short-term sales forecast based on thorough file knowledge and good customer contacts
  • Oversee trade spend-related activities between gross-to-net (incl. Minorations management)
  • Close follow up stock and launch activations
  • Close follow up competition & own brand rankings
  • Reconciliation process for retailers and marketplace

Do You Have What It Takes

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related field
  • 4 years’ university degree
  • Advanced level of MS Office Applications
  • Strong analytical problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Good communication and presentation ability
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Driving license (B)- Active, able to travel
