About the Role
TVS Electronics is seeking a
dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager
to manage and grow strategic retail accounts. The role focuses on
POS hardware, AIDC solutions, and Retail Software ISVs
, ensuring long-term engagement with large enterprise customers in Retail and QSR segments.
Key Responsibilities

Own and drive
B2B sales
for TVS Electronics’ retail solutions.

Manage and grow
key accounts
in Retail and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) segments.

Build and maintain strong
relationships with decision-makers
in enterprise accounts.

Identify new business opportunities and expand revenue within existing accounts.

Lead
sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations
.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Pre-Sales, Operations, Support) to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

Track sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts; report to management regularly.
Desired Profile

of experience in B2B sales, preferably in
POS hardware, AIDC solutions, or Retail Software ISVs

network in the retail ecosystem
