Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Key Account Manager – Social Media to manage and grow relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of social media strategies, campaign performance, and client satisfaction. The candidate should have prior experience working in a marketing or advertising agency and strong knowledge of social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with assigned key social media clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client communication, queries, and updates.
  • Understand client requirements, marketing goals, and brand positioning to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Coordinate with creative, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Prepare social media strategies, content calendars, and campaign briefs in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance and share insights, analytics, and performance reports with clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Female candidate preferred.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
