Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to manage client relationships, ensure timely payments, coordinate smooth delivery of project deliverables, and identify upselling opportunities. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure clear communication of client requirements to internal teams.

Payments & Revenue Management

  • Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on client payments.
  • Track outstanding payments and coordinate with clients to resolve delays.
  • Work closely with the Accounts & Finance team to maintain accurate records.

Project & Deliverables Coordination

  • Ensure timely delivery of agreed deliverables as per client expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (development, design, QA, etc.) to track progress.
  • Proactively identify risks or delays and communicate them to stakeholders.

Upselling & Growth

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
  • Present value-driven solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Support business growth by maximizing account potential.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate documentation of client communications, deliverables, and contracts.
  • Provide regular reports on account status, payments, and upsell opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Manager, Client Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of client billing, payments, and account reconciliation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Experience working with IT / software services companies is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in upselling services to existing clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and accounting software.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
