Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in sectors like hospitality, F&B, catering, healthcare, and institutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
- Conduct client visits, site assessments, and presentations to highlight our products and services.
- Manage RFQs and prepare commercial kitchen quotations tailored to client specifications.
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for key accounts and long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to foster repeat business.
- Oversee projects from quotation to post-installation to ensure client satisfaction.
Proposal & Quotation Management:
- Collaborate with the design and estimation team to develop accurate proposals.
- Ensure all quotations meet project requirements and negotiate pricing with clients.
Project Coordination:
- Work with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in project handovers and address client issues during and after installations.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide insights on product positioning and pricing strategies based on market demand.
CRM & Reporting:
- Maintain client and sales data in the CRM system.
- Generate sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback summaries for management.
Contract Management:
- Ensure proper documentation for all contracts.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams for compliance and timely invoicing.
