Key Account Manager/Project Sales

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in sectors like hospitality, F&B, catering, healthcare, and institutions.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
    • Conduct client visits, site assessments, and presentations to highlight our products and services.
    • Manage RFQs and prepare commercial kitchen quotations tailored to client specifications.

Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary contact for key accounts and long-term clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to foster repeat business.
  • Oversee projects from quotation to post-installation to ensure client satisfaction.

Proposal & Quotation Management:

  • Collaborate with the design and estimation team to develop accurate proposals.
  • Ensure all quotations meet project requirements and negotiate pricing with clients.

Project Coordination:

  • Work with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assist in project handovers and address client issues during and after installations.

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights on product positioning and pricing strategies based on market demand.

CRM & Reporting:

  • Maintain client and sales data in the CRM system.
  • Generate sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback summaries for management.

Contract Management:

  • Ensure proper documentation for all contracts.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams for compliance and timely invoicing.
