Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, handling all client communications and needs
- Understand customer requirements and business objectives to provide relevant solutions and services
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, finance, technical support) to ensure smooth execution of client requests and deliverables
- Monitor account performance, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of products/services
- Prepare regular reports on client activity, sales performance, and market trends
- Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts and assist in upselling or cross-selling efforts
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic account plans.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle client escalations professionally and ensure resolution
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in client relationship management or account handling (1–2 years preferred)
- Fluency in English, Hindi and local language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
