We are a growing FMCG company in the UAE looking for a motivated Key account / Sales Executive to promote and sell FMCG products across LMTs, IMTs, and GT. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Execute in-market promotions, product placements, and merchandising activities
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure proper product visibility, shelf placement, and stock availability
- Collect market feedback on pricing, competitors, and consumer trends
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit updates to management
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery follow-ups
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience in UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE FMCG distribution channels.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and in a field-based sales environment.
- Knowledge of MS Excel / basic reporting tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Existing network of retailers or distributors in the UAE.
- Experience in modern trade, general trade, or horeca sales.
- Strong product presentation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and high energy level.
