Key Accounts Executive

About Role:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Key Accounts Executive to manage and grow relationships within the dynamic HORECA sector. This role involves developing strong partnerships with key clients, including 4 & 5-star hotels, airlines, catering companies, and other Sectors, to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key HORECA clients.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the HORECA segment.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand key accounts and meet sales objectives.
  • Product/Service Delivery: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and meet client requirements.
  • Market Awareness: Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the HORECA segment to identify opportunities and potential threats.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities and pipeline progress to management.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degreen in Hotel Management or any.

  • Proven experience in account management or sales within the HORECA sector.
  • Strong understanding of the HORECA industry, including hotels, restaurants, and catering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and KPIs.

· Familiarity with the UAE market

  • A valid UAE driving license is must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
