Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Dubai. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling customer inquiries and feedback, developing sales strategies, executing sales plans, and reporting on account performance. Additionally, the role includes coordinating with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Major Responsibilities:

Purchase Sales Order / Sale Invoice Export Documentation

Shipment Clearance

BOM / Costing

Production Entries

Monthly payroll

Closing Entries

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales strategy development and execution
  • Customer service, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Prior experience in the coffee industry or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
