Key Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop direct accounts within International Modern Trade (IMTs).
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key retail partners.
  • Negotiate trade agreements, promotions, and visibility plans.
  • Ensure optimal product listing, placement, and merchandising execution.
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with supply chain to avoid stock-outs.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Drive promotional planning and execution in collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with store managers, category managers, and buying teams.
  • Ensure timely collection and reconciliation of payments.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews.

Requirements:

· MBA or a related discipline.

· 5–8 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in FMCG.
