Key Accounts Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Execution of Key Accounts Sales (Primary & Secondary).
  • Channel management, LMT’s, HoReCa, Contracts, JBP’s.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts regarding operational issues and requests.
  • Manage and track key account orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and sales teams to guarantee timely deliveries and smooth operations.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
  • Support account managers in maintaining and growing client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, sales support, (preferably in a FMCG industry).
  • A customer-focused mindset with a drive for excellence.
