We are looking to hire a passionate Product Owner to join our team in Dhahran.

What You’ll Be Doing

Gather, evaluate, and analyze business and user requirements.

• Build, refine, and maintain detailed user stories aligned with product strategy.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring readiness for upcoming sprints.
• Collaborate with the Scrum Team during Sprint Planning to define sprint goals and priorities.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create wireframes and improve user journeys.
• Identify, document, and communicate technical issues, bugs, and missing functionality.
• Ensure the development team addresses and resolves issues in a timely manner.
• Regularly communicate product plans, progress, risks, and insights to internal stakeholders.
• Participate in all phases of project deployment and client implementation when required.
• Create and maintain technical support documentation for customers and internal teams.
• Support continuous product improvement by gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for innovation.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence fundamentals is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
