KG/Montessori Teacher

Job Summary

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic KG Montessori Teacher to join our preschool team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and educational environment that supports the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children through Montessori principles.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement age-appropriate Montessori curriculum activities

.Guide children through hands-on learning using Montessori materials.

Encourage independence, curiosity, and self-confidence in students.

Observe, assess, and document individual student progress.

Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom.

Communicate regularly with parents about child development and classroom activities.

Ensure student safety and address behavioral needs with positive guidance.

Collaborate with other teachers and staff to improve teaching strategies.

Required Skills & Qualities

Passion for early childhood education.

Patience, creativity, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong observational and classroom management abilities.

Ability to work with young children (3–6 years).

Good communication skills with children and parents. Qualifications

Montessori diploma or certification (preferred).

Early Childhood Education (ECE) qualification is an advantage.

Experience working with preschool or kindergarten children (preferred but not required).

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
