- Highlight any current promotions, discounts, or limited-time offers on tours, experiences, or packages.
- Suggest additional products or services (e.g., guided tours, upgrades) to enhance the customer experience.
- Keep track of all transactions and sales, ensuring accuracy in pricing and payments.
- Work towards achieving or exceeding sales goals set by the company, contributing to overall revenue generation.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and any issues to the sales manager or supervisor.
- Address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Help customers with booking processes, ensuring they understand the steps involved in reserving tours or purchasing tickets.
- Hand out promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, to increase brand visibility and customer awareness.
- Share details about the local area, including must-see attractions, dining spots, and events, to enrich customers’ travel experience.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest information on new tours, attractions, and company offerings to provide customers with accurate and relevant details.
- Ensure that all promotional materials, brochures, and products are well-stocked and displayed in the kiosk.
- Process payments using various methods (cash, credit card, etc.), and handle the cash register responsibly.
- Ensure all necessary forms and documents are completed and submitted accurately for bookings and reservations.
- Collaborate with other kiosk sales representatives and team members to meet overall sales objectives.
- Communicate any important customer feedback to the team to improve services or address issues.
