  • Assist in daily administrative operations of the food production kitchen.
  • Maintain and update production records, inventory logs, and kitchen documentation.
  • Coordinate with chefs and production team regarding daily production schedules and requirements.
  • Monitor stock levels of raw materials and kitchen supplies and prepare requisition requests.
  • Ensure proper filing of purchase orders, delivery notes, and supplier invoices.
  • Support procurement and store team in tracking incoming and outgoing food items.
  • Prepare reports on food production, wastage, and inventory usage.
  • Ensure all kitchen documents comply with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP requirements).
  • Assist in staff attendance monitoring, leave tracking, and coordination with HR when needed.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations for timely delivery of food production items.
  • Maintain communication between kitchen, procurement, store, and management teams.
  • Ensure proper documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Support kitchen management in administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company records and operational data.
