Duties

• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote high-end kitchen and bath remodeling services across various channels.
• Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, building strong relationships that lead to new business opportunities.
• Conduct detailed layout design consultations using SketchUp, CAD, or similar tools to visualize renovation concepts for clients.
• Negotiate project scopes, pricing, and terms to secure profitable contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Present product demos and lighting design options to showcase premium fixtures and finishes that elevate remodeling projects.
• Upsell additional services such as lighting upgrades, interior design enhancements, or maintenance packages to maximize project value.
• Manage client accounts efficiently, maintaining clear communication throughout the remodeling process from initial contact to project completion.
• Maintain organized merchandising displays of products and samples to attract customer interest and facilitate sales discussions.

Experience

• Proven experience in outside sales within the remodeling, renovation, or high-end retail sectors.
• Strong knowledge of layout design software such as SketchUp or CAD; familiarity with lighting design is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining customer trust.
• Background in construction, interior design, or related fields preferred; experience with remodeling projects highly valued.
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging diverse client bases effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey ideas and specifications.
• Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple projects simultaneously while providing outstanding customer service.

Pay: $1.00 - $150,000.00 per year
