Role Description

We’re seeking a creative and customer-driven Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our growing team. In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll guide homeowners and builders through the full project journey—from initial concept to final installation—while delivering a five-star client experience.

Key responsibilities include space planning, product selection, and project coordination, with a focus on cabinetry, countertops, and layout design. Working in a fast-paced retail environment, you’ll also drive sales through strong communication, lead follow-up, and by building relationships within the local community. Role Duties & Responsibilities

· Generate new business by pursuing sales leads, networking, leveraging referrals, and reconnecting with past clients.

· Project management (design, drafting, ordering, and communication) from initial consultation through final installation.

· Design functional and stylish remodeling solutions tailored to the needs of the client.

· Conduct customer consultations to gather measurements and convey material benefits.

· Present accurate design proposals, manage revisions, and oversee sales process.

· Maintain records in CRM systems, including client communications and project folders.

Role Qualifications

· Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in kitchen and bath design or cabinetry sales.

· Proficiency in 2020 Design Software (20/20) and Microsoft Office.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and drive sales.

· Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented retail environment with high attention to detail.

· Self-motivator, great attitude and team player committed to making each progress a success.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
