Kitchen Design/Cabinetry Sales

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their cabinet needs and design preferences, providing tailored solutions.
  • Utilize Cabinet Vision design software to create detailed layouts that inspire clients and showcase product offerings.
  • Conduct product demonstrations that highlight the quality and functionality of our cabinets.
  • Engage in both inside and outside sales activities, actively seeking new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts.
  • Upsell complementary products and services, enhancing the overall customer experience and maximizing sales potential.
  • Maintain an organized showroom environment through effective merchandising and stocking practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Manage point of sale transactions accurately while maintaining a keen eye on retail math.
  • Maintain builder accounts by working hand in hand with our production team and installation crew
  • Visit jobsites to ensure accuracy in all phases of our project and work with service team to resolve issues
  • Attend monthly meetings at main office in Wooster Ohio

Basic qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with a flair for engaging customers effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic math for accurate pricing and transaction handling.
  • Understanding of kitchen design/layout and general knowledge of cabinet construction
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and product specifications

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in high-end sales or retail environments, particularly within the home improvement or interior design sectors.
  • Background in construction or remodeling is advantageous for understanding client needs better.
  • Experience with or general knowledge related to cabinet installation
