Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff in basic food preparation.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, equipment, and storage.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and ensure proper sanitization.
- Organize and replenish kitchen supplies as needed.
- Dispose of waste following food safety and hygiene standards.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Support kitchen operations during busy periods.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or basic education preferred.
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic food hygiene practices.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
