Key Responsibilities

  • Assist chefs and kitchen staff in basic food preparation.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, equipment, and storage.
  • Wash dishes, pots, pans, and ensure proper sanitization.
  • Organize and replenish kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Dispose of waste following food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety, hygiene, and company policies.
  • Support kitchen operations during busy periods.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or basic education preferred.
  • Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic food hygiene practices.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
