About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, promote a safe workplace environment, and implement preventive measures to reduce hazards in our retail and warehousing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety laws and company standards.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees on workplace safety and emergency procedures.
• Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near misses with recommendations for corrective actions.
• Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training.
• Coordinate with management to enhance the overall safety culture within the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a safety-related role, ideally within retail or warehousing sectors.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations, hazard identification, and risk management techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
