Job Description:
Lumiere Sweets & Pastries Company is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Helper to support our hot food kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have prior kitchen experience and be able to assist in food preparation while maintaining hygiene and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs in hot food preparation and kitchen operations
• Support daily cooking and food preparation activities
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
• Follow company cooking standards and SOPs
• Prepare ingredients (cutting, cleaning, portioning, etc.)
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items
• Support in maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Assist team members during busy operational hours

Requirements:

• Mandatory kitchen experience required
• Hot food preparation experience is required
• 18 Transferrable Visa (Ahli Visa) is mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Physically fit and willing to work flexible shifts
