Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent cleanliness and sanitation across all food preparation and service areas including kitchens, dishwashing zones, storage areas, and staff facilities
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify hygiene gaps, recommend improvements, and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, inspection results, and staff hygiene training activities
  • Work closely with the culinary, stewarding, and banquet teams to ensure all food handling meets HACCP and brand standards
  • Support the implementation of sustainability and waste management initiatives within kitchen operations
  • Coordinate with suppliers and external service providers to ensure compliance with hygiene requirements
  • Assist in training team members on hygiene procedures and safe food handling practices
