Kitchen Operations Manager

We are currently seeking a Kitchen Operations Manager for one of our reputable client who can lead our kitchen team, streamline operations, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day kitchen operations
• Supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in kitchen or restaurant operations management
• Ability to handle high-volume operations (2,500+ orders/day)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and inventory control
• Result-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
