Retail Operation Manager

Job Summary:

The Retail Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of all retail stores, ensuring smooth functioning, operational efficiency, and achievement of sales targets. The role requires strong leadership, process management, and the ability to enhance customer experience while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end retail store operations across multiple locations
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals
  • Monitor store performance and implement strategies for improvement
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Oversee inventory management, stock availability, and shrinkage control
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements
  • Lead, train, and develop store managers and retail staff
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent customer service standards
  • Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and merchandising teams
  • Analyze sales reports and market trends to drive business decisions
  • Manage store budgets, expenses, and operational costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • 5–8 years of experience in retail operations (apparel experience preferred)
  • Proven experience in managing multiple stores
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and retail management systems
