Job Summary:

We are looking for professional kitchen staff across all levels to support high-volume food production during Hajj.

Positions Include:

Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Pastry Chef, Baker, Butcher, CDP, DCDP, Commis 1/2/3, Kitchen Artist

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to standards
• Maintain hygiene and food safety regulations
• Assist senior chefs in kitchen operations
• Ensure timely food production during peak hours

Requirements:

• Valid Iqama & Hajj Permit
• Proven kitchen experience in hotels or catering
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Ability to work long shifts
