Kitchen Steward

Manage the daily activities.

- Sort-out, stack and put all chinaware, glassware, silverware, and stainless steel in their respective racks.

- Wash dishes, glasses, utensil, pots, and pans.

- Wash all kitchen equipment, adhere to all sanitation guidelines.

- Clean the dishwashing machine as a daily basis.

- Clean and wash floor, walls, worktables, walk-in chiller, freezers, and refrigerators. Ensure floors are clean and dry at all the time.

- Clean silverware, copper, or any other special type of equipment, including burnishing and polishing.

- Dispose of waste as per the hotel and authority standards and adhere to recycling guidelines.

- Clean and sanitize the garbage cans. Ensure waste bin area is kept clean and tidy.

- Cleans large equipment as assigned, following established procedure.

- Clean and sanitize the knives, chopping boards. As well as do Sharp objective endorsements.

- Report any maintenance or hazard issues to the Chief steward/ on duty supervisor immediately.
Always maintain a clean and safe working environment.
