Kitchen Steward

We are currently seeking a hardworking and dedicated Kitchen Steward with own Visa to join our kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the culinary industry or those with previous experience in kitchen operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Assists management by enforcing performance standards, policies and procedures as they relate to Stewarding operations, monitors uncompromising levels of sanitation in all food production areas.

-Wear correct personal protective equipment Use PPE safety shoes and hand gloves. To perform all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work (see attached Master Task List) to the standard set.

-Washes pots, pans and traps. Supplies dishware to food preparation stations as needed.

-Keeps work area (floor, machine, shelving, carts, ) clean at all times.

-Must be well organized and works well independently part of a team.

-Separate and remove trash and garbage and place it in designated containers.

-Stocking and restocking supplies, such as food, utensils, and cleaning products.

-Assisting in food preparation and plating.

-Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment.

-Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to management.

-Other duties as assigned.

Job Types: Temporary, Contract

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,400.00 per month
