We are a passionate start-up — a kombucha bar and brewery located in ICAD, Abu Dhabi, with our flagship bar at the newly redeveloped Mina Zayed Souq. As the first kombucha bar in the UAE, we’re pioneering a new wave of natural, non-alcoholic beverages and are on a mission to become the leading kombucha bar and brand in the Middle East.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Brewery Assistant / Steward with basic to intermediate kitchen or beverage production experience — someone who enjoys hands-on work, values quality, and takes pride in cleanliness and consistency.

What You’ll Do

Your main responsibility will be assisting in kombucha production and brewery operations, including:

• Preparing and brewing tea bases
• Transferring, cooling, fermenting, and flavoring batches
• Bottling, carbonating, and kegging kombucha
• Cleaning and sanitizing all brewing and storage equipment
• Maintaining tidy, organized, and hygienic work areas at all times
• Maintaining documentation
• Assisting in logistics and other ad hoc tasks
