Job Title: Store Keeper / Store Manager (With Catering Experience)

Job Summary:
The Store Keeper / Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods and materials within the organization. This role ensures accurate inventory management, proper handling of stock, and timely availability of materials for operations. The Store Keeper / Store Manager supervises store staff, maintains records, and implements efficient warehouse procedures while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store or warehouse, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate store staff to ensure productivity and adherence to procedures.
  • Coordinate with procurement and production departments to ensure timely supply of materials.
  • Implement and maintain proper storage methods, labeling, and stock rotation to prevent damage or loss.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report on stock status, shortages, or overstock situations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards in the store/warehouse.
  • Prepare reports on stock movement, inventory levels, and other relevant store metrics for management review.
  • Manage the issuance of materials and supplies to various departments while ensuring proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding delivery schedules, quality checks, and returns.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Store Manager, or in inventory management/warehouse roles.
  • Strong organizational, record-keeping, and inventory control skills.
  • Leadership abilities to manage and motivate store staff effectively.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, stock handling, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software or ERP systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
