Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Steward to support our culinary team in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will ensure hygiene standards are consistently met and assist in the smooth operation of daily kitchen activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and kitchen surfaces at all times.
• Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal in accordance with hygiene standards.
• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries in proper storage areas.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow company hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff as required during busy service periods.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues immediately to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering operations.
• Basic English communication skills.
