Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Kitchen Supervisor to manage evening operations. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent product quality, smooth kitchen workflow, timely order dispatch, and overall team performance while maintaining hygiene and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure product quality and consistency according to brand standards
  • Monitor and manage order flow, ensuring all orders are complete and delivered on time
  • Identify and resolve kitchen issues, including root cause analysis and implementing solutions
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the kitchen
  • Oversee closing operations, ensuring proper shutdown and readiness for the next shift
  • Supervise kitchen staff and evaluate team performance regularly
  • Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards

Training & Development

  • Comprehensive training will be provided based on our product SOPs
  • Supervisor will gain detailed product knowledge
  • Opportunity to assist in hiring and training new staff

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a restaurant or fast-food kitchen (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of kitchen operations and hygiene standards
  • Team management and communication skills
