We are looking for a responsible and energetic Restaurant Supervisor / Restaurant Operations Executive to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations
- Monitor staff performance and ensure excellent customer service
- Handle stock management and quantity control
- Coordinate with team members to maintain smooth operations
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are followed
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain records
- Support management in achieving operational targets
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
Requirements:
- Male/Female candidates can apply
- Valid Qatar Driving License is required
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Restaurant Management, Food & Beverage, or related field is mandatory
- Previous experience in restaurant operations preferred
- Strong management and communication skills
- Knowledge of stock and quantity control
- Ability to handle team and daily operations efficiently
- Responsible, active, and professional personality
- Flexibility to work shifts if required
