Kitchen Supervisor/Quality Controller

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Restaurant Supervisor / Restaurant Operations Executive to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure excellent customer service
  • Handle stock management and quantity control
  • Coordinate with team members to maintain smooth operations
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are followed
  • Prepare daily operational reports and maintain records
  • Support management in achieving operational targets
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively

Requirements:

  • Male/Female candidates can apply
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Restaurant Management, Food & Beverage, or related field is mandatory
  • Previous experience in restaurant operations preferred
  • Strong management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of stock and quantity control
  • Ability to handle team and daily operations efficiently
  • Responsible, active, and professional personality
  • Flexibility to work shifts if required
