• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in kitchen appliances and systems.
• Install new kitchen equipment and ensure proper functionality.
• Calibrate and test appliances for temperature, pressure, and performance standards.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, health codes, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to minimize downtime.
• Monitor and maintain stock of spare parts and tools.
• Report major issues or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
