Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist (Flows, Automation & Conversion – Ecommerce)

We are looking for a highly skilled Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to join our team at Luxe Mattresses & Beds UK. This is an in-person role based in Lahore (Bahria Orchard). The role requires someone who can take full ownership of our email marketing channel, from lead generation to conversion optimisation, with a strong focus on strategy and performance rather than just design.


You will be responsible for building and executing lead generation strategies, including email capture systems across the website, pop-ups, forms, and customer journeys. You should be able to develop and implement effective email collection strategies that increase subscriber growth and improve overall funnel performance. A key part of the role is designing, building, and optimising Klaviyo flows that are tailored to ecommerce behaviour, particularly for high-ticket products.


You will manage and optimise core flows such as abandoned cart, browse abandonment, welcome series, post-purchase, upsell, and winback campaigns. You must have an advanced understanding of Klaviyo flow architecture, including time-based, behaviour-based (metric-triggered), and profile-based logic. You should also understand how to structure flows around key periods such as holidays, promotions, and seasonal buying behaviour, and be able to adapt strategies accordingly.


The role requires continuous optimisation of flows to improve conversion rates, reduce drop-offs, and maximise revenue. You should be confident in analysing performance data, running A/B tests, improving segmentation, and refining messaging and timing. You will also be expected to identify and resolve issues such as duplicate triggers, poor flow logic, and underperforming automations.


Candidates must have proven experience with Klaviyo and a strong understanding of ecommerce email marketing. Experience with WooCommerce is essential, as our website is built on WooCommerce. You should understand customer journeys, conversion optimisation, and how to drive revenue through email automation.


We are looking for someone who is strategic, detail-oriented, and focused on results. This is not a basic execution role; we need someone who can think critically, implement advanced systems, and scale the email channel as a key revenue driver for the business.
